Report Damage

If a Trus Joist™ product has been damaged after installation, you can now quickly send a Damage Report to the technical support team directly from the ForteWEB.

To send a report, select Report Damage from the Help & Support menu and complete the form. The job file and completed information will be sent to the Technical Support Team for review. You will receive an email from Technical Support with details of your request after it has been submitted.

The Weyerhaeuser® Learning Site

Weyerhaeuser maintains an educational website where you may go to find out additional information concerning our various products, including any Known Issues you may encounter with the use of our software. You will also gain access to:
